In delivering the GSB Project on a design & build basis, GERBANG has adopted clear and bold strategies fro project implementation and enhancement, including strategies for quality assurance, fast-tracking, value-engineering, Bumiputera participation, use of ICT, training, research and entrepreneur development.

With efficient and effective project management information and quality systems, policies and procedures put in place, GERBANG is primed to deliver the GSB Project on time, within budget and with guaranteed customer satisfaction.

Bumiputera Mentor / Mentee Scheme
30% of total contracts will be awarded to Bumiputera contractors and suppliers while implementing a mentor/mentee scheme for those of Class C and below. Existing consultants have majority Bumiputera content.


Intensive Use Of Information & Communication Technology (ICT)
ICT would be harnessed to aid the successful and optimized completion of the GSB Project through :

  Use of specially developed solutions combining off-the-shelf and customised applications
  Development of drawings using CAD
  Enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of consultants equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure
  Use of a project Internet portal for information exchange, data centre, real-time project monitoring and reporting and online meeting purposes
